This event is organized by SNV together with IIED, WISP, OXFAM GB, AVSF, HELVETAS, PPZS/CIRAD, AEN/Mali, IRAM, VSF/Belgium on the 23, 24 and 25 of November 2009 in (). We invite you to participate within this Conference and to distribute the call for papers as widely as possible.
